Land Split and Garden New Build

Our client wanted to build a new home in their garden, followed by splitting their land to increase the value of their plot. We submitted a planning application for a detached home with off road parking space, cycling storage and appropriate accommodation with a south facing garden. The property is now completed, externally we added a contemporary twist to this new home with sections of timber cladding and white render, as well as grey tiles. There is plenty of natural light internally via large rooflights, the ceiling is vaulted and the property feels very spacious. It contains two bedrooms with built-in storage, a family bathroom and an open plan kitchen / living / dining to accommodate contemporary living.
