New Contemporary Dwelling

Our clients are seeking to create a large new house with 5 double bedrooms with ensuites, open plan kitchen, dining, living room, pantry, utility room, gym, offices and much more. The plot is located within a conservation area, however our clients would like for their home to be of contemporary appearance. Keeping a more traditional with a contemporary twist to the frontage was key due to the property location, however towards the rear elevation, the proposals are to create a partly two storey partly single storey home. The single storey element is adjacent to a traditional house, and as such, keeping a low roof line with vaulted ceilings and pitched roofs is proposed. To the North end, there is a walk way which allowed us to proposed a flat roofed contemporary two storey element.
