The transformation includes both side and rear extensions, as well as the addition of a new first floor, creating a substantially larger and more versatile living space. Our design maintains a traditional front facade, ensuring the property remains in harmony with the classic aesthetic of the private estate in East Preston where it is located.

The contemporary rear extension features expansive glass panels and sleek lines, this area introduces a modern twist to the home. The open-plan layout integrates the kitchen, dining, and living areas, seamlessly connecting them to the outdoor space.
