Private Detached House - Shoreham-by-Sea

Our clients for this project wanted to fully renovate their home. Having lived in their property for many years, they are now in a position to fully refurbish and create their contemporary for ever home.

The aim is to create a large open plan area for the kitchen, dining and living room. As well as creating a separate snug room, a downstairs utility, bathroom and a further bedroom downstairs. Internally, they would like for this project to be fully interior designed to incorporate contemporary features such as media walls, wall panelling and feature lighting.

Externally, the proposed home is to be in-keeping with the west sussex style, with white render walls and traditional tile hung walls as well as a new oak porch.
