Our client for this property wanted to extend their home and renovate their property to improve their internal layout as well as the external appearance. At ground floor we proposed a rear and side extension that would create a large contemporary open plan kitchen / dining / living with a separate snug room, play room, cloakroom, boot room and utility room. At first floor, we proposed to extend the side of their home with a two storey extension that would incorporate a new bedroom with an ensuite. A new stair would open up their home to a loft conversion which would contain 2 further new bedrooms with ensuites. Externally, the proposals are to be in-keeping with the existing dwelling and the area.
