High-end Private Home - North Chailey

Our client for this property wanted to extend their home and renovate their property to improve their internal layout as well as the external appearance.

At ground floor we proposed a rear and side extension that would create a large contemporary open plan kitchen / dining / living with a separate snug room, play room, cloakroom, boot room and utility room. At first floor, we proposed to extend the side of their home with a two storey extension that would incorporate a new bedroom with an ensuite. A new stair would open up their home to a loft conversion which would contain 2 further new bedrooms with ensuites.

Externally, the proposals are to be in-keeping with the existing dwelling and the area.
