This incredible setting in the South Coast provided us with the opportunity to knock down an existing two storey house and replace it with an ultra-modern luxury home with a distinctive contemporary aesthetic. The key for this project was to create a sheltered external courtyard, to allow our clients to enjoy outdoor living but at the same time be protected from the wind, as well as providing them with 180-degree South Downs views and the coast of Shoreham-by-Sea.
