Detached Luxury Home

Our client wanted to create something special with their for ever home, a full-house luxury renovation project, transforming their property into a stunning contemporary home. The design focuses on clean lines, modern aesthetics, and seamless integration between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large panes of glass were introduced throughout the home, flooding the interiors with natural light while offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape, which due to the location of this property is a large hill covered with trees in the South Downs. Our team carefully reconfigured the existing layout to optimize functionality and flow. Each space was thoughtfully improved to create a harmonious balance between elegance and practicality, ensuring the home suits modern living. The proposal is to use contemporary materials, high-end finishes, and bespoke design elements. Key features of the renovation include an open-plan kitchen and dining area, spacious living spaces with minimalist detailing, and a seamless connection to the outdoor entertaining areas.
