Private Home - Hove

This two storey detached house in the centre of Brighton had 4 bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen / living. However our clients wanted to extend the ground floor further to increase the footprint of the large open plan and increase the number of bedrooms from 4 to a large 6 bedroom house.

We proposed a large loft conversion with 2 bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. The side extension is to have clean lines and as much natural light as possible, with floor to ceiling sliding doors and large picture windows and rooflights on a side sloped roof.
