The project for this semi detached house is to extend the rear with a single storey extension, and extend the side of this property with a two storey extension that contains a master bedroom with ensuite within a first floor rear extension. Our client wants a very contemporary design with clean lines, large sections of glass and a large social open plan kitchen / living / dining as they would spend most of the time with friends and family in their living space.
