Private Home - Private Estate East Preston

Our clients wanted to enlarge their existing house footprint and maximise the space available. The project consist in a single storey side extension to create a larger, contemporary kitchen, with some further alterations to the ground floor to incorporate ensuites / bathrooms / open plan dining and living as well as introducing a new stair to maximise their current loft space. We also proposed to incorporate a pitched dormer to enlarge the space available in the loft. Located in one of the private estates of East Preston, this project is now completed and our clients are delighted with their newly refurbished home.
