Private Home - Ferring

The brief for this project was to fully remove the first floor of this property to create an entire new first floor with at least 3 bedrooms with a family bathroom and the master bedroom with an ensuite. With a large ground floor front extension, the entrance would be a very bright focus in the house with a feature stair to the first floor and a large void. The aim for this project is to provide the family with a contemporary living open plan kitchen living dining, as well as a separate snug room for adult living.
