Private House - Brighton

New loft conversion and single storey rear extension, the brief is to completely remodel this large detached house in Brighton and Hove, to make the interior feel more modern, have an open plan kitchen/dining/living with a new stair to connect to a large full width loft conversion. By the pool, the brief was to create a new bar with entertainment wall, changing rooms and wc, external sitting with log burner and a seating area.
