Private House - Shoreham Beach

The brief for this project is to completely renovate the existing house and transform it into a contemporary home. From the traditional style roof and wall cladding to a ultra-luxury modern dwelling, with a curved master-suite at the top level to enjoy the sea views, and a stepped front facade with timber cladding. At ground floor the house will be extended and clad with white silicone render. A new 5 bedrooms with two receptions and a large open plan kitchen/dining/living.
