Private House - Worthing

This project is located by the south coast of Worthing. The brief is to create a new build annex as well as renovate the existing property and convert the loft to add two more bedrooms to this detached home. The key for this project is to incorporate as much natural light as possible and maximise the sea views as well as improving the connection with the gardens and surrounding trees.
