Private House - Ferring

Full house renovation for a property located by the sea front in Ferring. This project by Fresh Architects in Ferring comprises of a two storey side extension, single storey rear extension with the removal of the existing roof to create a second floor to maximise the breath taking sea views due to the proximity to the coast. The project incorporates large sections of glass, terraces and external covered areas to enjoy the outdoor space. One of the key requirements for this project is to bring the garden into the house and create outdoor spaces that can benefit from being covered, there is an external kitchen and pool proposed.
