Private House - East Preston

This project is a full home renovation for our client with the main desire of having a room with sea views where she can get inspired and write while enjoying the best views of the South Coast of East Preston. The style for this project is a New England’s traditional beach house with outdoor dining space, external kitchen, covered areas and with a terrace at first floor. We proposed to partially raise the ridge of the existing house and we introduced internal steps to allow the best possible sea view from the highest point within the property. New bedrooms with ensuites and walk-in wardrobes were added. The property will now have 4 bedrooms downstairs and a master bedroom at first floor.
