New Build - East Preston

Our client was looking for an architect to demolish their existing home and rebuild a new luxury ultra contemporary house, which would frame the incredible 180-degree sea views to the rear, and the South Downs views to the North.

At ground floor, there is a large contemporary open plan kitchen dining living, with a bedroom/ensuite/walk-in wardrobe, cloakroom, boot room and office room. At first floor, the aim was to have a snug room with the incredible sea views, another two bedrooms with ensuites and walk-in wardrobes are located to the front and back of the property. The top floor is a large master bedroom, with double ensuites and walk-in wadrobe.

The external material palette used for this building were to be in-keeping with its location and blend with the dominating stone in East Preston beach.
