Private Home - Cottage Style New Dwelling

Our clients for this property wanted a new dwelling in Worthing, characterised for the typical cottage style architecture in Worthing and the surrounding coastal locations like East Preston, with a double garage with oak style matching an oak framed Porch, tiled facades and tiled barn style roofs and with a contemporary internal layout to suit modern living. This dwelling is proposed to have an open plan kitchen / dining / living with a separate snug room, office, a self contained bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe at ground floor, and two further large bedrooms with the master bedroom at first floor.

It was important that they could visualize the proposals for their home from the very beginning of our process, we produced several CGI’s and videos to assist them understanding the proposals and assisting with their feedback. Located in Worthing, this new cottage style dwelling has now been granted planning approval, it has been technically resolved and it is ready to commence on site.
