Luxury contemporary home - Private Estate East Preston

Our client approached us to design their dream home in the luxury private estate of West Kingston in East Preston. They wanted to replace their dated property with this with a ultra-contemporary high end sustainable home. The proposal is to create a two storey flat roof rear with a more traditional pitched roof frontage to be in-keeping with the street scene of the road. At ground floor, they will have a grand welcoming hall with a double void that would connect with a large open plan kitchen / dining living and a separate library, as well as utility, pantry, boot room etc. The floor above will host three large bedrooms with incredible greenery views.

The external material palette used for this building is to provide a contemporary style with clean lines and large expanses of glass.
