Private Home - Bognor Regis

This project is a full transformation of a dated house in the private estate of Bognor Regis. The property is located near the sea and our client wants to fully transform this house into their dream beach style home. An open plan rear kitchen living space that fully opens to the garden is required as well as bring as much natural light as possible, increase the number of ensuites and bathrooms and create a modern home appropriate for contemporary living.
