Private House - Worthing

Our clients had a rear conservatory and wanted to replace this with a small single storey extension using their Permitted Development Rights. We proposed a brickwork extension to match existing and as much natural light as possible. We wanted to bring the garden into the house as much as we could, and picture the views out from their new kitchen.
