Private Home - East Preston

This Cottage in East Preston was in need of a full house renovation. The internal spaces were dark and the layout of the house was not functioning well. The proposal was to improved the flow of the house, create a modern contemporary living with large openings connecting with the front and rear gardens. Open plan spaces and bringing as much natural light as possible was one of the key factors in the design. We incorporated a new bedroom and created a large family bathroom. The new master bedroom now has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe and externally, all gardens are landscaped, windows are proposed to be replaced, new front door and features to combine a contemporary touch with a traditional cottage style by the beach of East Preston.
